How I got started on this path
I’m deeply passionate about coaching people to be their best selves in their contexts. This means being in a coaching partnership with my clients on their own terms, so the learning and growth stick for you.
I see it simply: by consistently coming from a space of care in using my self, in connecting and working with others, I can create positive impact in the world.
As a life coach trained in ontological and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) disciplines, I have the tools to support you in creating the future self or relationships you desire. More importantly, I strongly believe in holding a safe space to explore your Being, for you to gain clarity on the Doing (actions) to achieve the Having (results) you want. Be-Do-Have.

- ICF-recognised Certified Newfield Coach, trained by The Coach Partnership’s (formerly Newfield Asia) flagship 9-month ICF Level 2 ontological coach training programme. Newfield has been the world’s leading ontological methodology since 1991, with over 65,000 graduates worldwide. It is recognised as the gold standard within the International Coaching Federation (ICF)’s network of coach certification programmes.
- I have served more than 30 clients across ages (20s to 60s), professions, and from 8 countries, such as the United States, Germany, Ireland, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, and Singapore. Thus far, I have clocked more than 100 1-1 coaching hours.
- Member of ICF Global and ICF Singapore, and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with The American Board of NLP, USA, since 2018
- Experienced and certified Organisational Development Practitioner since 2020
- Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner since 2022

- Competitive table tennis athlete for 17 years, from age of 7 to 24. Represented Singapore as part of the National Youth Team from 2008-2011 in regional competitions & clinched awards
- Speak German, Indonesian, English and Mandarin
- Active Improviser (improvisational theatre!)
